We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days of purchase. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please note orders placed on Friday after 12PM GMT or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Changes to the shipping address are not allowed once your order has been placed, unless it is a simple adjustment to a spelling mistake and the said changes have been requested by contacting us before you have received confirmation that your order has been shipped.
TRACK AN ORDER
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation containing relevant tracking information. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days, please contact email@example.com.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Your order may be subject to custom fees or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Nicklo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying these additional charges for customs clearance and any eventual customs charges even if you refuse to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes. We must declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to lower custom fees. However, the amount does depend on the country to which the order was shipped. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown.
